Health Conscious Eating is learning and practicing healthy eating habits everyday. Vitamins, minerals and antioxidants are most crucial for your daily diet. There is also evidence that the antioxidants in olive oil can lower bad Low-density lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol, and raise cardio-protective High-density lipoprotein (HDL) cholesterol. It has other anti-inflammatory and anti-hypertensive effects, and decrease your risk of atherosclerosis. Lipoprotein is a biochemical which enables fat to be carried in the blood stream.

Studies suggest that a higher intake of these fats will contribute to a healthy reproduction of your cells which will help in strength of your immune system and make you more resistant to infectious diseases and at the same time make you look and feel younger and contribute to longer life expectancy.
